Leighton Meester

Leighton Meester is an American actor, model, singer, and the songwriter. Most famously, she is known for portraying the character of "Blair Waldorf" in the tv drama "Gossip Girl." Leighton Meester started her career in the early years of her childhood. As a child, she was featured in the stage show of a local theater company called "Wizard of the Oz," and her love for acting grew. Her first job was modeling and appearing in commercials. In her modelling assignments, she's worked with major brands such as 'Herbal Essences', Vera Wang and Jimmy Choo and Ralph Lauren.' While she initially began her modeling modelling career as a model she moved into acting. Her first acting gig was on the show on television called 'Law and Order'. She has since appeared in cameo roles on feature films and TV series like 'Country Strong", "Monte-Carlo" and 'Killer Film'. She has written and recorded songs for famous artists like "Cobra Starship,' Robin Thicke and others. She has been featured by Billboard as "Top hits."
