Scarlett Johansson is an American singer and actress born in the city of New York, New York on November 22 in 1984. Her performance has won her acclaim across a wide spectrum of genres such as historical drama, thrillers and action adventures. Johansson was raised in New York City as the mother of an architect as well as the owner of a production company. Hunter was the twin of their younger sisters. When she was a child she discovered a love for acting. She began auditioning commercials at the age seven. After that, she was enrolled in the Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute and then went to the Professional Children's School in Manhattan for further training in her craft. The film received the attention of critics for her character in the film as a teen who been injured in a horrific accident in The Horse Whisperer (1998) as well as further recognition in the role of a sarcastic teen outcast Rebecca In Ghost World (2001).
